This project consisted of creating 1 minute videos, short 30 second videos and photography for Guyshi. The aim was to promote many products Guyshi offer as a restaurant, and to show off the restaurant itself. Each video created stuck to a similar relaxing feeling, with the calm music and relaxing atmosphere of Guyshi.

Hi! I’m Hrithik — a freelance videographer and photographer, and Japan 2024 is my final year project: a raw, cinematic series of short-form videos and photo sets documenting my creative journey across Japan. From model shoots to brand content, I shot everything my way — no client briefs, no limits. Inspired by poetic realism, fast cuts, nostalgia, and vibrant colours, this project helped me rediscover my style, showcase my skills, and build a body of work that attracts the right people. This is me making art on my own terms — and helping others do the same.

“For my final year project, I wrote, directed, filmed, edited, and produced a short film titled Behind Closed Eyes.
Behind Closed Eyes is a psychological short film that delves into the quiet chaos of grief and mental health. The story follows Noah Vale, a young man silently struggling in the aftermath of his mother’s death, as he attempts to navigate a world that feels increasingly distant and unstable.
This project allowed me to fully take creative control — from initial concept to final edit — and bring a deeply personal story to life through visual storytelling and emotion-driven filmmaking.”

My submission for the Digital Media Production final year project comprises an interactive prototype concept website, photography for the website and other purposes, branding and social media management for a new, local, not for profit equine assisted therapy business.
Throughout my Digital Media Production journey I have explored my flair for photography, and developed new skills and interests. By producing the material for Equine Alliance, I feel I have come full circle … These stables were the place where I took a photo that sparked my love of photography and they were also the place where I learned to ride horses when I was a young girl!

“Our Digital Media Production 2nd year students were tasked with developing Immersive media such as 360 video and photogrammetry (3d models) to help promote the future and heritage of Canada House. 360 video was captured of the Canada House building, which the students used as a base and enhanced this with mixed media to tell stories, really bringing the space to life! This was a fun project as they pretty much had a blank canvas to work from with the space undergoing development. The students got really creative and found interesting ways of developing their research skills as well as their design skills. The 360 videos presented here are currently desktop based, but we are looking forward to showcasing these on a headset in the physical space in the future!” Anne Doncaster, Senior Lecturer in Digital Media Production
The first floor in Canada House consists of several rooms which have all retained the beautiful old charm of the building. The high ceilings and the ornaments on the walls are particularly impressive. These give the rooms their unique charm and are inviting for making music. When you come out of the rooms, there is a long entrance with a modern kitchen.
This 360 video focuses on the future plans for Harmony Works in these rooms. They can be used as practice rooms for making music or converted into studios for musical recordings. The adjoining kitchen makes it easy to take a quick break, have a bite to eat and chat with other members.
Fabiane said of the collaborative opportunity, “The project I created as part of the Immersive Digital Design module was a great experience. It started with a visit to Canada House at the beginning of the semester, which gave us a valuable insight into the future location of Harmony Works. It was a great way to get some initial ideas while walking through the rooms of Canada House. As I spent my semester abroad at Sheffield Hallam University, it was a really interesting experience to visit a historic building in Sheffield.
Throughout the project we had the opportunity to choose our creative direction. I decided to create a 360°-Video depicting a typical day in the future at Harmony Works, showing the experiences young members might have there.
Harmony Works supported me and gave me valuable insight into their vision for the space, which aligned perfectly with my ideas.
It was really inspiring to be part of such a real and meaningful project and I am confident that Harmony Works, and therefore Canada House, will be an amazing place for young musicians in the future!”
The 360 video follows a narrative of Canada House through three periods of its life by portraying the space in three different states of the past, present and future. I want the first act to begin with a fictional representation of the building when it existed as Turn Up’s nightclub during the 1980s.
The second will then portray the uninhabited state of the building at present.
The third and final act will represent the future potential of the building being realised through Harmony Works.
I would like to use the same 360 scenes of the building, particularly focusing on the Main Hall room, to show the change over time.

This project marks the culmination my academic journey. Having undergone significant medical procedures over the past year, this project is particularly meaningful to me. It represents a deeply personal endeavor, one that has required me to learn new 3D modeling software and bring together every aspect of the event. The process has been a monumental task, showcasing both my dedication and passion for using technology to make a real impact.
Hopefully this proof of concept can show other creatives the vast applications of 3D modelling.
