A medieval Treasure Hunter is given his chance to earn great wealth when he is handed a map pointing him to an old castle. What happened behind the castle’s walls in a mystery and so, The Hunter goes forth into the
darkness of the castle’s corridors with the hope unravelling its mystery and claiming its treasure for himself. However, Unbeknownst to The Hunter, the old castle holds a secret more disturbing and more dangerous then he is expecting.
My name is Edward Roche and I am an animation student studying at Sheffield Hallam university. I have been interested in animation for most of my life and have spent time drawing since I was a kid. My main interest in art is to create character designs and while studying animation, this is something that I have focused on improving For my short film ‘The Empty Castle’ I wanted to put focus on the designs on the characters, such as in their colour scheme or how their designs may cause them to move.
