‘Ambiguity’ – Photography Portfolio

Abstraction could be described as one of the most dominant creative forms in photography, with its expression of such predominant vast and stark subjectivity. The nature of the processes and outcomes unveil altered reality and identities, which in photographic ideologies can be enhanced through complex lens and composition manipulation. Responses to abstract photography often result in viewers uncertainties and a common feel of unease, following the realm of the unknown. Blends of abstraction, fluid art, temporary moments and the use of appropriate macro lenses are the vocal points of where my research and therefore processes lie between.
